Description
I'm not really happy with this...
Reasons:
a: It's not smooth, photoshop keeps exporting it with two jumps randomly thrown in there even though when I am modifying the file they're not there.
b: It's supposed to be displaying .01 frames pers second, instead it keeps exporting at .1 frames persecond.
c: I can't shrink the file size any lower without losing quality. E.G. no DA Icon.
